Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Tuesday - Friday. 7a-6p. 10 hour shifts 4 days per week. Patients per day: 15-16 Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope: Standard Primary Care State Licensure: Oregon Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified. Responsibility for Mid-Levels: no Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
