Title Clerk (Oviedo)

We’re looking for a

detail-oriented and experienced Title Processor

to join our team in

Oviedo, FL . If you enjoy working in a fast-paced real estate environment and have a strong understanding of title documentation and closing processes, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do Review and verify title documents (deeds, liens, mortgages, tax records, legal descriptions) Prepare title commitments and follow underwriting standards Identify and resolve title issues and discrepancies Order and track payoffs, HOA estoppels, surveys, and tax certificates Communicate with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers Maintain organized, compliant transaction files Assist with closing packages and final title policies ✔️ What We’re Looking For Experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate Strong knowledge of title documents and title insurance Familiarity with ResWare, RamQuest, or SoftPro (a plus) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Oviedo, FL Why You’ll Love This Role Supportive and collaborative office environment Direct involvement in real estate closings Growth opportunities within the title/real estate industry
