Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Cheektowaga)

Xylem, Heat Transfer - Cheektowaga, New York

Xylem is seeking a Lead People Partner responsible for overseeing staffing management, employee relations, training and development, policy interpretation and compliance, benefits, compensation, and labor relations for the industrial site.

This role manages the implementation and tracking of companywide programs and contributes to the development of strategies and initiatives that support overall business objectives.

The position is full‑time and fully onsite.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: (Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job.) Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, preferably Human Resources. 7 to 10 years’ experience participating in the development and execution of human resource processes and initiatives. 2 to 4 years direct experience in Labor Relations with administration of Union Labor agreement. Experience Managing and implementing HR initiatives, Affirmative Action Plans, Policies and Procedures.

The estimated salary range for this position is $96,000 to $120,000, Annual bonus 15%. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
