Attorney (Wyomissing)

Bingaman Hess, a general practice law firm, is seeking applicants for a full-time associate position in its Wyomissing, Berks County, PA office. Hybrid work may be considered for the right candidate. Candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of civil litigation matters. Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience with an interest in insurance defense matters.

Candidates must be admitted to the PA Bar. Applicants must be highly motivated, have strong research and writing skills, and be able to work independently to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include client contact, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation in a wide variety of practice areas.

Salary is based on qualifications and experience, with an excellent bonus incentive program that accounts for hard work and growth.
