About the role The Product Engineer will support secure microelectronics programs, leading NPI efforts, production transition, and lifecycle management in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical ownership for microelectronic products including BGA packages, chiplets, interposers, and PCB-based assemblies Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support seamless transfer to manufacturing and ongoing production Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation such as test protocols, qualification reports, manufacturing instructions, and technical specifications Partner with manufacturing teams to establish processes, ensure production readiness, and resolve technical issues Perform risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and apply systems-level thinking to drive successful project outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or microelectronics product environments Familiarity with PLM tools such as Oracle Agile or similar systems Experience supporting product commercialization, manufacturing ramp-up, and technical documentation control Strong understanding of project planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination
