Associate Attorney (0–3 Years) Elder Law | Estate Planning | Guardianships Syracuse, NY (Hybrid 4/1) $75,000–100,000 + Bonus + Benefits No Billable Hour Requirements

The Marrone Law Firm, P.C. is a boutique elder law and estate planning firm in Syracuse focused on Medicaid planning, trust drafting, guardianships, and Surrogate’s Court matters. We are hiring an associate attorney (0-3 years experience) who wants to build deep technical expertise in a stable, recession-resistant practice area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys substantive legal work, strong drafting, and meaningful mentorship- not high-pressure billable environments.

What You’ll Do • Draft wills and revocable/irrevocable trusts • Assist with Medicaid planning strategies • Prepare Surrogate’s Court pleadings and accountings • Attend court appearances • Work directly with senior attorneys on active matters • Meet with clients and develop real responsibility early You will not be handed 150 files and told to “figure it out.” This is structured training with increasing responsibility.

Who Should Apply • NYS admitted (or pending admission) • 0–3 years experience preferred • Strong writing and drafting ability • Detail-oriented and organized • Interested in becoming technically strong in elder law and estate planning Experience in trusts & estates or elder law is helpful but not required.
