Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee a moderately sized resarch gprogram, using advanced operational concepts and objectives to resolve highly complex issues. The incumbent administrative operations, finance, human resources, and facilities for the program. The incumbent will regularly work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The incumbent should be able to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving the programs goals and achieving results according to established timelines that they will help set. In addition, the incumbent will also develop and implementat new programs and processes, including supporting fundraising and grantwriting, obtaining human subjects approval, and overseeing data acquisition and infrastructure management.
