provider flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance . We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the

Colfax, WA

market. (Part time 2-3 days a week)

This role offers

predictable schedules, no nights or on-call coverage , and strong clinical support—allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative overload. New graduates are welcome and supported through a structured mentorship program and will receive ongoing executive support.

Responsibilities Daily patient rounding Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership Complete documented notes in EHR with integrated AI that allows quick seamless documentation

Qualifications Active or eligible

Washington

NP license DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain) SNF experience preferred, not required. New Grads are welcome to apply.
