Site Reliability Engineer (Onsite – Alpharetta, GA | 3 Days/Week)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale our cloud‑native infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure systems are
reliable, scalable, secure, and efficient . The ideal candidate is passionate about
automation, observability, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) , and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on
Microsoft Azure
using
Terraform
and
Terragrunt .
Maintain and optimize
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
clusters.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using
GitHub Actions/Workflows
and
ArgoCD
to support GitOps deployment workflows.
Implement and enhance
monitoring, alerting, and observability
solutions using
Grafana
(Prometheus, Loki, Tempo experience is a plus).
Automate operational tasks to eliminate manual toil and improve overall team efficiency.
Participate in
on‑call rotations , assist with incident response, and contribute to post‑mortem and root‑cause analysis.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application
performance, scalability, and resilience .
Drive and promote SRE best practices including
SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets .
Continuously improve system performance, cost efficiency, and security posture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years
of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.
Strong hands‑on experience with
Azure
cloud services and infrastructure architecture.
Practical experience with
Java ,
Terraform , and
Terragrunt
for IaC.
Proficiency with
Kubernetes
(preferably AKS) and container orchestration best practices.
Experience working with
Databricks .
Strong experience with
GitHub Workflows/Actions
and
ArgoCD
for CI/CD.
Solid understanding of
Grafana
and observability ecosystems (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo beneficial).
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with additional cloud-native tooling (Helm, Kustomize, Flux, etc.).
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VNETs, subnets, routing, DNS).
Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, or service mesh solutions.
Programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
(Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
Master’s degree preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
