Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager for a financial services customer. They have a modern, large-scale application and web program platform for payments and digital wallet that needs to be implemented to their top 50 countries by end of 2027. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who anticipates risks, resolves issues independently, and communicates transparently with executives and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires the ability to drive alignment and execution across internal product, engineering, and operational teams as well as external vendors. Experience in financial services and exposure to legal, compliance, and privacy partners is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a complex, large-scale mobile app and web platform consolidation program to 50 countries.
Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and communication frameworks to ensure successful execution.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely mitigation strategies.
Deliver clear, concise, and transparent status updates and executive-level reporting.
Facilitate alignment between internal product, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.
Ensuring quality deliverables & on-time releases.
Manage and oversee external vendors, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
Drive decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
Ensure programs meet security, privacy, legal, and compliance requirements, especially in financial services environments.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of technical program management experience in large-scale web and mobile application programs.
Proven success delivering multi-region implementations and migrations from older platforms.
Strong risk and issue management skills with the ability to drive timely resolution.
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Experience driving cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
Strong vendor management experience.
Experience delivering financial services products and understanding legal, compliance, privacy, regulatory aspects.
Experience with productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack/Teams, and Figma.
Nice to have Qualifications:
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SCRUM certification.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
