What You’ll Be Doing: Support commercial real estate finance transactions, including multifamily and other property types Conduct and manage all phases of diligence, including title and survey review Draft and negotiate transactional documents and assist with loan origination and servicing matters Work directly with clients and internal teams on complex transactions Take on increasing responsibility under the guidance of senior attorneys

What They’re Looking For: 2–5 years of legal experience in commercial real estate finance Experience with multifamily lenders and familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA multifamily programs is a plus Strong title insurance and survey review experience preferred Excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively Active bar license in D.C.
