The Work You will handle sophisticated litigation, including Article 78 proceedings and motions for summary judgment. This is a hands-on role where you will be active in: Discovery, depositions, and affidavits. Drafting complex motions and attending hearings. Navigating the intersection of environmental policy and commercial litigation.

Qualifications Experience:

4+ years in Land Use, Energy, or Environmental Law. Candidates with strong Commercial Litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Skills:

Preferred proximity to Troy, NY. Remote candidates must be NY-based and willing to travel for hearings/depositions as required.

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between

$150,000 – $200,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
