Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative based in Allentown, PA. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, managing incoming inquiries, assisting clients with their needs, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities may include account management, sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering excellent client support Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to pursue and nurture new business opportunities Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant sales or CRM software is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
