Attorney (Atlanta)

Michael D. Barber & Associates, P.C., is a criminal defense and family law firm with offices in Atlanta and servicing the surrounding areas. We are looking to expand our practice by adding additional attorney's based in our Dunwoody Office. Fun, fast paced office, with a structure for associates that rewards good work. We are looking for an attorney who has practical experience, both in and out of a courtroom, and can effectively manage their own caseload, opposing counsel, and clients. Proactive and frequent contact with clients, patience is required. Court appearances are primarily in Gwinnett, Walton, DeKalb, Cobb, Forsyth, Clayton, Fulton, and the municipalities they contain. However, our office does obtain clients in the outer counties as well. Strong writing and negotiating skills are a must A great sense of humor, our clients can be a little nutty. Attention to detail - almost everything we do is detail oriented Team-player rising tides float all boats; Familiar with MyCase, Odyssey, Peachcourt is a plus, but not required.
