This role owns the full Quality Management System (QMS) and drives continuous improvement across internal operations, supplier quality, warranty performance, and

What You’ll Do Own and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) Drive supplier quality: audits, onboarding, scorecards & corrective actions Lead PPAP with suppliers to ensure robust launches and capable processes Partner with Engineering & Purchasing on

PFMEAs , control plans & inspection standards Reduce warranty claims through data analysis and permanent corrective actions Lead root-cause problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone,

FMEA,

SPC) Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection Maintain

ISO 9001 certification and audit readiness Present quality & warranty KPIs to leadership Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in manufacturing quality leadership Strong supplier quality and PPAP experience Hands-on ISO 9001 leadership Expertise in root-cause and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.) Six Sigma certification preferred Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
