Front Desk Client Ambassador (Columbus)

Front Desk Client Ambassador Position open 2/24/26 This is a nationally known and respected consulting service organization that needs to hire a bright, energetic person who will be their brand ambassador in their reception center. They need someone who will create a warm and welcoming environment for their clients on-site. Responsibilities will include greeting prominent clients, scheduling conference rooms for advisors, works in partnership with management team to create best practices and processes for mass email communication. Help organize company outings and events for clients. Daily use of both Word and Excel to support and assist with administrative projects. They need someone who is professional in their demeanor and projects a positive first impression. The qualified candidate will have a college education, at least two years experience in a similar role and outstanding client service, a contagious smile and enjoys making people feel welcome and comfortable.
