Pre-Litigation Attorney (Chicago)

Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement. Conduct detailed case investigations and liability analysis. Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.

Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury (pre-litigation preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
