Intellectual Property/Trademark Copyright Litigation Attorney (Los Angeles)

Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level Copyright and Trademark Litigation Associate for its Intellectual Property Group in Los Angeles or New York. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications 3-5 years of copyright and trademark litigation experience, with some experience at a national law firm being preferred. Experience with either patent, platform liability or privacy litigation is a plus. No technical background required. Excellent academic credentials. Strong research, writing and analytical skills. New York or California bar is required. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
