Job Description
This Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for orchestrating enterprise-level delivery of ecommerce and marketing technology initiatives. This role sets delivery standards, guides platform architecture decisions, owns budgets and staffing, and ensures delivery KPIs are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a bias for action who can build high-performing teams and foster a culture of operational excellence. Focus Area:This role will work closely with our marketing leadership and stakeholders to understand priorities and drive execution of technology roadmaps. It has a strong concentration in CRM and Loyalty, requiring deep experience in ecommerce platforms, loyalty program technologies, and marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, CDP, personalization engines, campaign automation).
