Product Manager- Finance (Milan)

Product Manager Finance Location: Milan, IL Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Overview The Product Manager – Legacy Finance owns and supports legacy finance systems for the global Parts organization. This role ensures system stability, financial accuracy, and business continuity while partnering with cross functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Own end to end functionality and performance of legacy finance systems. Manage and prioritize product backlogs; drive decisions on defects, enhancements, and system behavior. Ensure day to day system reliability and act as the escalation point for high impact issues. Validate financial accuracy and support compliance, audits, and control requirements. Translate business needs into actionable system requirements. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Export, and IT on system improvements and risk management.

Required Qualifications Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes (invoicing, inventory accounting, intercompany, etc.). Experience with legacy enterprise systems or ERP platforms. Excellent problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to lead through influence across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting legacy platforms during ERP or digital transformation. Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or aftermarket operations. Experience working with Finance and Audit teams.

Decision Scope Prioritize system fixes/enhancements. Approve functional changes impacting financial processes. Escalate risks related to system stability, compliance, or continuity.
