Event Sales Assistant

We are hiring an Event Sales Assistant to support live campaigns and customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face event-based sales. This position involves representing products and services directly to customers, creating interest, answering questions, and closing sales in person. You’ll start your day coordinating with the team before heading out to event locations, retail pop-ups, or community sites where you will interact directly with customers. This is a customer-facing role where confidence, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.

What the Role Involves · Engaging customers face-to-face at events and promotional sites · Introducing products and services in a clear and engaging way · Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions · Completing sales transactions and achieving individual targets · Representing client brands professionally at all times · Providing insight and feedback from live customer interactions Sales is a core part of this position. Success in this role comes from being comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and confidently guiding customers through purchasing decisions. Full product and sales training is provided. We are not looking for extensive experience — we are looking for strong people skills, a positive mindset, and individuals who enjoy speaking with customers in person.
