Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:

$130,000 – $160,000 22% production with no negative accrual Signing and relocation assistance 3 weeks PTO

⚕️ ⚕️ About You

DVM or equivalent degree Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry (or eager to grow with mentorship) Team-oriented, positive, and motivated to grow alongside the practice
