What You Bring Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with broad licensure across the states (ideally 10-20+ states. Near-50-state licensure is ideal, but not strictly required.) Board-certification (when applicable) Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.
