HR Talent Acquisition | Nursing Recruitment Specialist
We’re hiring a
HR Talent Acquisition
to support Talent Acquisition efforts in Springfield, MA (Hybrid). This role requires strong nursing recruitment experience and the ability to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies within a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare roles
Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to develop sourcing strategies
Create and manage job postings, evergreen requisitions, and candidate pipelines
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, competencies, and certifications
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide the selection process
Lead offer discussions and support compensation negotiations
Manage recruitment processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and leadership to address hiring challenges
Develop creative sourcing and marketing strategies to attract top talent
Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
What You Bring:
10+ years of recruitment experience (in lieu of degree)
Minimum 2 years of nursing recruitment experience (5+ years healthcare recruitment preferred)
Strong understanding of healthcare careers and clinical operations
Experience developing strategic sourcing and marketing plans
Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions independently
Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset

Pay: $35 – $48/hour.
