The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in legal procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Deadline & Calendar Management: Track, monitor, and manage case deadlines, including maintaining accurate calendaring. Document Preparation: Draft and prepare claim forms, routine pleadings, and other case-related documents. Attorney Support: Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and other case-related tasks as needed. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulousness and accuracy in all aspects of work. Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. Adaptability & Technical Proficiency: Quickly learn and effectively use firm software and technology platforms. Qualifications Prior paralegal experience.
