Account Director Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced

Account Director

to serve as a primary client lead and trusted business partner within our agency. In this role, you’ll champion client & creative success, guide strategic direction, and mentor a talented account management team—ensuring exceptional work and impactful results from brief through to execution.

What You’ll Do Lead, grow, and mentor the account management team to consistently deliver high-quality client work Provide strategic leadership and recommendations across client businesses Lead creative development and oversee production, ensuring work is aligned with client objectives and executed to the highest standard Guide the development of strong, insight-driven briefs and partner with creative and media teams to bring them to life Oversee communications and messaging plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across channels Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, making key decisions on resources, workflows, and processes Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders Oversee day-to-day account activity while identifying opportunities for growth and new business Manage financial performance, including revenue forecasts and client P&Ls Support negotiation and execution of MSAs and SOWs Elevate and mentor the broader Client Services team

What You Bring 10+ years of account management experience within an agency or advertising environment 2–3 years of people management experience Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing Strong strategic planning, communications planning, and creative briefing skills Proven ability to lead creative development and production processes A passion for advertising, with a pulse on industry trends and emerging technology Excellent communication and presentation skills A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
