Attorney - Project Finance - Elite BigLaw Platform (Washington)

A top ranked global law firm is continuing the expansion of its Washington, DC office with the hire of an Associate into its Project Development and Finance practice.

This team advises sponsors, developers and lenders on complex US and cross border energy and infrastructure projects. The practice is consistently involved in high profile, multi billion dollar financings and is recognised for its strength across both development and financing phases of major projects.

You will work on a broad range of project development and project finance transactions, supporting clients through structuring, negotiation and execution. The team works closely with regulatory and industry specialists, offering exposure to technically demanding and commercially significant matters.

About you: 4+ years’ experience in project development and or project finance Experience gained at a large national or international law firm Exposure to energy, infrastructure or power transactions is advantageous Strong drafting and negotiation skills Excellent academic credentials US qualified attorney with a JD or equivalent
