👩⚕️ Your Role: As a PICU/Peds Nurse, you will: - Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care - Evaluate and support the care provided by others - Uphold patient rights and confidentiality - Embrace Mercy's mission, values, and service standards - Must love working with children of all ages and acuity levels

Position Details:

🧠 What We're Looking For: - Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred) - Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience - License: RN license in MO or compact state w/in 90 days of graduation - Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
