Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a physician in Family Practice or Internal Medicine based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. Responsibilities will include conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, coordinating patient care, and providing preventive care services. Additionally, the physician may be involved in promoting community health initiatives.

Qualifications • Bilingual preferred (Spanish) with additional compensation. • Must have an active license to practice in Florida. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience demonstrates moderate administrative responsibilities. • Must be willing to serve patients from age 13 through adulthood. • Serving patients under 13 is preferred.

Functional Responsibilities: • The position involves serving patients in one of three primary care offices, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. • The position includes administrative duties with time allotted to include annual assessment of licensed medical staff; conduct quarterly peer reviews, share physician on call/after-hours responsibilities, and is responsible for providing formal ARNP protocol. • Work is performed with a high degree of independence under the administrative supervision of the Health Center Executive Director.
