A manufacturing company is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This person will work cross-functionally with the Sales and Operations team. The day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Prepare customer quotes
Accurately enter orders and invoices into the company database
Work with different departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies
Answer customer inquiries
Handle special projects as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service or order management experience
Manufacturing industry experience-A MUST
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
* This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm*
