You’ll also… Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health safety regulations. Prepare and serve quality food items to our guests while providing prompt service and proper portioning of food items. Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures
