About the Role We’re seeking a motivated

Client Affairs Manager

to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and our internal team to contribute to their financial success while building a fulfilling career with room to grow. Your responsibilities will span client relationship management, seamless execution of client needs, and processing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and build strong client relationships as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients. Seamless execution of client requests with discretion, professionalism, and client-first approach. Manage urgent money movements and other high-touch client affairs. Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other contacts to execute timely and accurate financial processes and transactions. Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines High level of client service and attention to detail Passion for people and desire to strive for meaningful relationships while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Highly responsive and proactive communication via text, phone, and email
