Purchasing Manager | Strategic Leadership Opportunity Salary:

$110,000 – $140,000 + Profit Sharing

Purchasing Manager , you will serve as the functional architect of our procurement strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain, you will lead a high-performing team of Buyers to optimize inventory, strengthen global supplier partnerships, and drive cost competitiveness across multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities Leadership:

Coach and develop a team of Senior and Technical Buyers to achieve peak performance. Strategy:

Align purchasing execution with SIOP objectives, production forecasts, and long-term growth. Operations:

Own inventory performance (working capital, turns, and accuracy) and ensure material availability. Partnerships:

Lead high-stakes negotiations and develop robust sourcing strategies to drive cost savings. Innovation:

Leverage ERP data and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:

10+ years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience within a

manufacturing

environment. Leadership:

Proven track record of managing and mentoring procurement professionals. Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in ERP/MRP systems, supplier negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives. Bonus:

CPIM, CSCP, or Lean certifications are highly valued.
