Respiratory Therapist

Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:

Assess patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders to determine appropriate respiratory care plans. Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and diagnostic tests (e.g., oxygen therapy, ventilator management, chest physiotherapy). Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly. Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring safety and proper functionality. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, home oxygen use, inhaler techniques, and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress, and outcomes. Provide respiratory support in various settings, including hospitals, ICUs, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and home care environments.

Your Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent). Active state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT). Proven experience in respiratory care (2–5 years preferred). Strong understanding of respiratory therapy techniques, ventilator management, and cardiopulmonary health. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work with diverse patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
