We are searching for a
Full Time Staff User Researcher
for our
EdTech
client. In this position you will lead complex, mixed-method research initiatives that shape product direction and influence executive decision-making. As Staff User Researcher, you will:
Design and lead complex generative and evaluative research across web, mobile, and native apps
Conduct mixed-method studies including ethnographic, longitudinal, usability, survey, and quantitative research
Translate insights into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for executive audiences
Partner with product, design, and engineering to frame strategic research questions
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to build shared understanding
Mentor junior and mid-level researchers
Establish research standards, frameworks, and scalable processes
Build systems to democratize research insights and improve research operations
Who we’re searching for / About you:
7–10 years of user research experience across complex product environments
Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Proven ability to connect research to product strategy and business objectives
Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
Experience mentoring researchers and building research capability across teams
Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Tableau, Mixpanel, and Figma
Strong understanding of research ethics, data protection, and cross-cultural research
A portfolio or structured case study examples showcasing research process, impact, and storytelling ability is required for consideration.

Logistics:
$130,000–$150,000/year base
15% Annual Incentive Plan bonus
