Job Summary We are actively hiring Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for multiple healthcare settings across all five boroughs of New York City. Opportunities are available in hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care environments.

These roles are ideal for licensed therapy professionals seeking flexible scheduling, consistent work, and the opportunity to support patients in improving functional independence and quality of life. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available depending on setting and availability.

Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop or assist with individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols Support patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and functional skill development Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist and care team Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the EMR Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, exercises, and use of equipment

Requirements Active New York State license as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Experience in hospital, outpatient, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Patient-centered, collaborative approach to care New graduates are welcome to apply
