Collections Specialist (Atlanta)

Collections Specialist

to join our Atlanta-based team. In this role, you will balance high-level productivity with a customer-first philosophy, helping our clients resolve financed contract obligations through empathetic negotiation. What You’ll Do Manage a high volume of early-stage delinquent accounts, utilizing an autodialer to engage customers in friendly, professional negotiations to resolve past-due balances. Act as a consultant to our customers, educating them on contract terms and 90-day same as cash structures to help them navigate their financial commitments. Identify hurdles to payment and proactively design repayment plans that balance company recovery goals Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate and re-establish contact with unresponsive accounts.

What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections, customer service, or a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment. Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain patient and persistent. Comfortable navigating CRM software, autodialers, and standard office suites (Microsoft Excel/Word)

Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive hourly rate of

$22 - $24.00/hour. Work from the comfort of your home (Remote) with occasional high-impact team days in our Atlanta office. Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; however, we value candidates with the flexibility to support expanded service hours (up to 7:00 PM or occasional weekends)
