Working closely with the company’s senior leadership team, this company take a little-red tape approach and value creative and technical autonomy. You’ll benefit from accelerated technical and career progression and play an instrumental part in shaping the direction of product development.

You’ll lead the complete lifecycle of physical products from concept to launch and beyond. This is a hands-on product role focused on real, tangible consumer goods.

This role would suit a Product Manager looking for a high-impact, autonomous role at an industry leading and immensely profitable start-up under the same umbrella of an established organization.

The Role:

*Strategic Sourcing & Material Science *Physical Design & Hands-on Prototyping *Regulatory Rigor & Quality Assurance *Manufacturing & Operational Excellence *Brand & Lifecycle Management

The Candidate:

*Strong engineering or “hard-science” foundation with hands-on knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing trade-offs *Proven experience leading physical products from concept through production and launch *Experience working with CAD teams, tooling, molds, and golden sample approval *Advanced BOM and assembly management for complex, multi-component products *Strong DFM capability, balancing cost, manufacturability, and premium quality *Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, or ISO 13485 regulatory requirements *Experience operating within regulated QMS environments *Global supplier and manufacturing management experience *Strong negotiation skills across pricing, MOQs, and lead times
