Job Description:
The Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for payroll and time & attendance systems, driving optimization, compliance, and integrations across North American operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Act as SME for ADP payroll products and ADP Workforce Manager.
Support payroll and time tracking operations across U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
Lead and support integrations between ADP, HCM systems, reporting tools, and finance platforms.
Troubleshoot payroll and workforce management system issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams.
Support reporting efforts using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Drive system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3+ years of Business Analyst experience in payroll, HRIS, or time & attendance systems.
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll products and ADP Workforce Manager.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Experience integrating ADP with HCM or other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of time-enabled systems (time clocks, shifts, overtime).
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience supporting reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who can work autonomously and drive decisions.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with workforce scheduling and labor tracking in manufacturing.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Project management experience (PMP, Agile, etc.).
