Young & Chic is seeking an experienced attorney as an Associate or of Counsel Attorney who can effectively manage matters with minimal supervision and who works well within an organized, systems-driven law firm.

Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. ·

Juris doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. ·

Minimum of three (3) years practicing law. ·

Ability to manage cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial. ·

Ability to work independently and complete time-sensitive tasks on or before deadlines. ·

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. ·

Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

·

Salary range: $125,000 to $225,000 (commensurate with experience); ·

Health and dental insurance paid for by the firm ( i.e ., $0 employee contribution required); ·

401(k) plan with firm matching contributions up to 4.5%; ·
