An established ABA provider is seeking a licensed BCBA based in South Carolina to join a structured, flexible service model designed around sustainable caseload management and defined expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a caseload aligned to 24–25 billable hours per week • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress • Provide supervision and support to RBTs and clinical staff • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance standards are met • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary partners as required

Requirements
