Litigation Paralegal (Pre-Lit & Litigation) (San Antonio)

Established boutique personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting a trial attorney in both pre-litigation and active litigation matters.

Responsibilities

Pre-Litigation: • Conduct new client intake and maintain strong client communication • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing • Maintain and update client files • Prepare and assemble settlement demand packages • Draft and send legal correspondence

Litigation: • Prepare petitions, discovery, and court filings • E-file legal documents • Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings • Manage litigation and trial calendars • Prepare trial notebooks and assist at trial

Limited bookkeeping responsibilities included (training provided).

Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years paralegal experience (litigation preferred) • Strong writing and proofreading skills • Highly organized with excellent deadline management • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
