Anesthesiologist

to serve as a

Active Duty Medical Corps Officer โ€”providing care to service members and their families in a full-time, in-person role.

Position Details Specialty : Anesthesiology Status : Active Duty, Full-Time Starting Annual Compensation : $ 271,555 to $361,090

Potential Duty Station Locations: San Diego, California Portsmouth, Virginia Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Okinawa, Japan Guam And more!

Primary Responsibilities Deliver anesthesia for surgical procedures Manage pain control and patient safety in perioperative settings Operate in a variety of Navy medical facilities, based on training and assignment

Eligibility Requirements M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified) Completion of an ACGME accredited residency in Anesthesiology (or in final year of residency) Board Certified in Anesthesiology (or in final year of residency) U.S. Citizenship Between the ages of 21 and 64
