Fulfillment Specialist (New Albany)

What Will You Be Doing? • General team leadership and oversight of all Project and Day-to-Day activities • Project oversight – deployment and return of hardware related to: o New store projects o Stores hardware refresh and implementation projects o Store closings o Ad-hoc project requests • Inventory management and reporting o Supporting hardware purchases when needed o Proactive monitoring of hardware in stock and reporting accurate, timely information to stakeholders o Updating inventory tracking systems with timely and accurate intake of deliveries o Operational supplies ordering • Communication support o Attending meetings and sharing takeaways with team o Providing actionable insights to internal partners o Providing project status updates to stakeholders o Correspondence between teams and enabling cross functional teamwork o Support partner relationships both internally and externally • Training o Be the SME for new hires and contract associates o Maintain internal KBs o Associate development and training • Operations o Monitoring daily ticket queues o Daily task delegation o Leading meetings o Tracking and reporting on KPIs daily or as needed

What Do You Need to Bring? • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment • Effective customer service skills, including oral and written communication • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail • 1-3 years’ experience preparing, shipping/receiving, storing, and asset mgmt. of IT hardware • Capable of standing, bending, and independently lifting up to 50lbs
