Seismic Platform Specialist

to support platform operations, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on user access management, system configuration, reporting, and maintaining overall platform health.

Key Responsibilities User Access Management Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning (full lifecycle management) Conduct license audits and usage analysis Own and manage Seismic support inbox Design and standardize scalable, rule-based access and content models Align Seismic user structure with enterprise organization Platform Operations Configure and maintain Seismic system settings Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and health monitoring Support release management, upgrades, and changes Perform regression testing and impact analysis Maintain clear documentation and operational runbooks Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Seismic administration SaaS platform administration and role-based access management Reporting and dashboard development Release management and regression testing Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Process mapping for onboarding and offboarding workflows Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
