Operations Manager – Precision Laser Manufacturing A-Laser

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily manufacturing operations and support continued growth. What You’ll Do

Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple laser-based and secondary processes ·

Oversee production scheduling, labor planning, and capacity utilization to meet delivery and quality targets ·

Manage and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators ·

Drive operational KPIs including throughput, yield, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery ·

Partner with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and production ramp-ups ·

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles ·

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulated industry expectations ·

Oversee equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and process reliability ·

Support capital equipment planning and facility efficiency improvements What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience ·

5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience ·

Background in precision manufacturing, laser processing, medical, electronics, or regulated industries preferred ·

Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on management style ·

Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and process optimization ·

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications ·

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Why A-Laser
