*Summary*

We are seeking a full time Charge Nurse to join our team at Baptist Homes of Adrian. Looking for an individual interested in working every Saturday/Sunday from 6 pm to 6 am (WORK 24 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR 32 HOURS) In this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure that residents receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. *Responsibilities*

* Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities. * Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. * Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff and new hires. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

*Requirements*

* Current nursing license in the state of Missouri. * Proven experience in senior care or related healthcare settings. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of dementia and hospice care practices is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
