Responsibilities Operate and maintain

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

to ensure accurate measurements Conduct regular inspections and tests on components to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze measurement data and provide detailed reports on findings Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve measurement-related issues Develop and implement inspection plans for new products

Skills Required Strong understanding of

GD&T

and drawing interpretation Able to operate

3D scanners

using

Polyworks

software Able to operate and write

CMM

programmes using PCDMIS software for all manner of parts Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in using CMM software and related measurement tools Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Relevant certifications in quality control or measurement are preferred
