Patient Volume: 20-25

Avg No. of Surgeries per month: 20-30

Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Front Office Staffs

Procedures: - General Urology (clinic & routine care) - Bread & Butter Urology - Robotic available

Other Info: - Hospitalist will do the admission - Will be the sole provider

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BC/BE (If BE, 0-5 years upon residency completion)

BLS, ACLS

DEA

Clean Record (highly preferred)
