Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Psychiatry Division Lead (TMS Focus)

Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-site) Type: Part-Time (Leadership-Oriented Role) Compensation: $200–$300 per hour (DOE)

Role Overview

Our client, an established multidisciplinary medical practice in Brooklyn, is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to develop and lead a Psychiatry division, with a focus on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and interventional mental health services.

This is not a passive or remote-only opportunity. The selected physician will play a key role in building clinical structure, protocols, and long-term growth of the psychiatry service line.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Psychiatry division within the practice

Establish clinical workflows, treatment standards, and care pathways

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and oversee treatment planning

Supervise and guide TMS treatment protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers in pain management

Contribute to strategic growth of mental health services

Requirements

MD or DO, Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Psychiatry

Active New York State medical license

Experience or strong interest in TMS / interventional psychiatry

Leadership mindset with interest in building a program

Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn (part-time commitment)
